Merry Christmas!!
Today we celebrate the Christmas holiday. For me it has always been a fantastic holiday but, I never realized what other people put into it to make it so great for all of us. Who I think of the most when I think of that sentence is Moms….My mom in particular. For some reason tonight really hit it home for me all she did and does every year to make Christmas special for our family. From the homemade caramel rolls (my dad’s favorite), hashbrown casserole, pies, cookies, meats, sides, etc and that doesn’t even count the late-night cleanups and cooking she does. She does this so Christmas morning is just as special as Christmas eve was. What an amazing feet and selfish act. How blessed was I that I had a mom that cared that much. Not only continued to care that much but has passed it on to all of us. Anyway, it’s Christmas go enjoy your mom, dad and all of your family and be thankful that they are there to make it special every year.
