Meet Sadie our new second goodwill ambassador and new little sister to Izzy.
We adopted her from our local shelter just after Thanksgiving. Our house has been getting used to having two dogs and loving it. We lost our two cats a couple months ago and Izzy has been extremely sad and lonely. We had always talked about adding another dog to the family but didn’t want to put any more stress on the aging cats. I miss our cats very much every day, and adding Sadie has helped brighten up this house.
Enough sadness, let’s talk about this little cutie. Sadie is a Labrador mix and after a visit from the vet, we learned she is full grown. She is the perfect fit for our family. Sadie is full of energy and curiosity being only 11 months old. There is still a lot of puppy in her which we love about her.
Izzy wasn’t sure about her at first but now they are playing and laying around together like old pals. Sadie is giving Izzy more energy and she is spending less time lounging from couch to couch which is so great to see. These two are going to be best buds for sure!!
