A sundowner is the same as a cocktail you got that right. As far as the conch goes Dave pulls the meet out and cuts off the parts we don’t want to eat and then I chop it up into small pieces and we make ceviche out of it. It is very tasting. Hope you enjoy your time in the valley. Safe travels
